Arnica
Use Arnica for any blunt trauma to the body. It will work well for some strains and sprains, so give it a try. My favorites are Arniflora and Traumeel made by BHI company. The latter is a mixture of several homeopathic remedies in a clear gel. It is best not to use it on open cuts or abraded skin, as it may cause a rash. I weigh the option. If it hurts that bad, I'll chance the rash. It was the first homeopathic remedy that I ever tried, I had taken a softball to the shin and I had a goose-egg. I didn't have any of the topical gels, I just had the pellets, so I tried it. It worked fine, I was glad that I took my first step into the world of microdoses. Arnica montana is a small flowering plant located on rocky slopes. The remedy is made from a dilution of the tincture of the Arnica montana plant.
It is a journey, the road to health. For some of us the road is a freeway that never ends and there are no detours. Then there are the bumpy windy mountain roads with the occasional washout. This is where I come from. I have learned alot from the path I chose. I hope to share and help another traveler find a better way.
About Me

- Jonesboro, Arkansas, United States
- "I'm just another traveler, on the road to Kingdom come; Just another one" from a song by Harry Chapin. I was a Medical Technologist by trade. That means I spent my working hours in a laboratory, analyzing bacteria, blood and various other body fluids. So, I know a little about the physical body and how it maintains itself in ill health. What I find more interesting though, are the spiritual/energetic bodies. This is what I study in my spare time. I am fascinated by the energy pathways of the meridians. The mystery of quantum physics. The spirit that lives on after this corporal body sloughs off. In my case, after years of doing it the allopathic way, I discovered that in order for my body to heal, I needed energetic alignment, much like a chiropractic adjustment of the spine, but instead a readjustment of the energy pathways. I have learned of many ways this can be done. I really didn't have much choice but to learn how. It took me many years to discover why, and that doesn't matter now. I learned all of this for a reason, perhaps it is to help you on your journey. If so, welcome. I hope I can help.
